Where do I get a claim number?

After you contact your insurance company with information about the accident, they will give you a claim number.

Do you talk to insurance companies directly?

The person who is involved in the accident will have to speak directly with insurance as they need to know all of the accident details.

Are you open on the weekends?

Grassia’s Auto Body shop is not open on the weekends however, you can reach Dave 24 hours a day on any day and he will help you with your needs.

How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

Timing will be determined by how extensive the damages are, the availability of the necessary parts and how fast the insurance can get the claim going.

Can I get a rental car or use a shuttle service?

Grassia’s Auto Body offers free shuttle services to and from our facility, but most people have rental coverage on their insurance policy.

Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all collision repairs.

Do I have to pay a deductible?

You will only have to pay a deductible if you were at fault in the accident.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card and cash.

Can I wash my car after auto detailing or auto repair?

Yes, the paint has been fully cured and hardened in our modern spray booth so you can wash your car anytime after you pick it up.
